Dispute Resolution
Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes or claims arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Bot that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the arbitration shall take place in the United Kingdom.
Exclusion of Class Actions: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action. This means that you cannot join your dispute with any other individual’s dispute or bring a class action against us.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Venue: Any legal proceedings related to disputes covered by this section shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
We reserve the right to revoke access to the Bot or any of its features at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, actions that violate these , misuse of the Bot, or behavior that negatively impacts the community or the service itself.
